Children's Crisis Evaluations:

The Village, Urgent Crisis Center located in Hartford
For children and adolescents in crisis, the Urgent Crisis Center at The Village offers same-day evaluations. 

Adults' Crisis Evaluations:

Wheeler Clinic located in Bristol, Hartford, New Britain, Plainville and Waterbury. For adults in crisis, the Wheeler Clinic offers same-day walk-in psychiatric evaluations.

Care coordination services are available to children under 18, regardless of insurance. This free service helps families navigate the mental health system and find the support their children need.

 

​The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide, including those who have experiences a loss.  AFSP has local chapters in all 50 states, DC and Puerto Rico, with programs and events nationwide.

InterCommunity Health Care is a FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) that provides integrated primary care, mental health care, and inpatient/outpatient addiction recovery services for the whole person in the Greater Hartford area.
